1. Overview

AURA Commerce is a digital platform that enables local merchants and service providers to run their business digitally — without technical complexity. From onboarding to going live, the platform helps manage products, pricing, payments, orders, and core platform operations from one system.

AURA Commerce is operated by AADHARAV Technologies Private Limited, India.

Initial setup, configuration, and launch are handled by the AURA Commerce team, with merchant review and approval at every stage. After going live, the platform continues to be supported and managed with the merchant, while final ownership, approvals, and business decisions always stay with the merchant.

To empower Indian small businesses with modern digital tools — enabling them to sell online, reach customers directly, and grow sustainably using technology that’s intuitive and affordable.

3. What We Do

Initial onboarding and business setup — including business identification, product & gallery setup, and AI-assisted store design — handled by our team with merchant review and approval.
A merchant dashboard to manage products, pricing rules, offers/coupons, store content, and publishing.
Order management across WhatsApp, web, and POS-style workflows, including customer verification and checkout controls.
Payments support for online (e.g., Razorpay) and offline modes (cash / POS), with no screenshots or manual tracking — every order and payment is recorded properly.
Analytics and insights to track orders, revenue, top products, and customer trends.
