Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your AURA Commerce subscription or platform services and what to expect when you do. This policy applies only to fees paid to AURA Commerce and does not cover cancellations or refunds for products or services sold by merchants to their customers.

1. Overview
You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the terms of your selected plan. Cancellations can be initiated by contacting support@auracommerce.co.in.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your active subscription at any time.
- Your plan typically remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- No further recurring charges will apply after cancellation is confirmed.
3. One-Time Services
For setup or one-time services (including optional guided onboarding, store configuration guidance, integrations, or design support), cancellations are accepted only before the work has commenced. Once the service has started, cancellations may not be possible and refunds (if any) are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Timing & Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation requests are generally processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription or service has been cancelled. Access to premium features will end after the current billing period expires.
AURA Commerce does not manage cancellations for customer orders placed on merchant stores. Any cancellation, refund, return, or dispute for a purchase made from a merchant must be handled directly by the respective merchant as per their policies.
5. Refunds After Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Exceptions
- Cancellations due to misuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity may not be eligible for refunds.
- Third-party purchases (like domains, advertisements, taxes, or external integrations) cannot be cancelled via AURA Commerce once confirmed.
- Offline payments (cash / POS) recorded through the platform but not collected by AURA Commerce are outside AURA Commerce’s cancellation or refund scope.
