Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations are handled for AURA Commerce services. It applies only to fees paid to AURA Commerce and does not cover cancellations, refunds, or disputes for products or services sold by merchants to their customers.

1. Overview
You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time in accordance with the terms of your selected plan. To initiate a cancellation request, please contact support@auracommerce.co.in.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your active subscription at any time.
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- No further recurring charges will apply after cancellation is confirmed.
3. Timing & Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation requests are generally processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed. Access to paid features and services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
AURA Commerce does not manage cancellations or refunds for customer orders placed on merchant stores. Any cancellation, refund, return, or dispute for a purchase must be handled directly by the respective merchant as per their own policies.
4. Refunds After Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Once service delivery has commenced — including initial setup, configuration, onboarding, or platform access — fees paid for the current subscription period are non-refundable, except where required under applicable law. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Exceptions
- Cancellations due to misuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity may not be eligible for refunds.
- Third-party purchases (like domains, advertisements, taxes, or external integrations) cannot be cancelled via AURA Commerce once confirmed.
- Offline payments (cash / POS) recorded through the platform but not collected by AURA Commerce fall outside AURA Commerce’s cancellation and refund scope and must be handled directly by the merchant.
