How do payments work?
Customers pay directly to you using online or offline methods supported in your setup. AURA Commerce provides the technology, order discipline, and integrations, while settlement goes to the relevant merchant account and payment flow.
How much does AURA Commerce cost?
There is no subscription and no upfront setup fee. AURA Commerce charges 1% or ₹10, whichever is lower + GST on successful paid orders, with a monthly cap of ₹1,999. You also get a one-time seed credit of ₹300 to get started.
Will you help me set things up, or do I have to do everything myself?
We help you get set up properly and support the standard platform configuration needed to go live. You stay involved in approvals and key changes, and final responsibility for what goes live remains with the merchant.
