1. Introduction

AURA Commerce provides tools for legitimate businesses to create and manage online stores and related commerce workflows. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between AURA Commerceand the merchant or business user accessing or using the Service. Please read them carefully.

AURA Commerce is operated by AADHARAV Technologies Private Limited, India.

Some users may receive optional guided onboarding or setup assistance (for example, where an authorized administrator provides configuration guidance or support on request). Such assistance does not change the merchant’s responsibility for managing their store, content, and operations.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be of legal age to contract and act on behalf of a legitimate business.
• Accounts are authenticated using OTP-based login on your registered phone number.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of your business details and for maintaining control over access to your phone and account.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content or products.
• No abuse, spam, malware, scraping, or security violations.
• Respect third-party intellectual property, privacy, and payment/network rules.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations for your business and products.

4. Plans, Trials & Fees

• Certain features or services may be offered on a paid basis, which could include one-time setup fees and recurring annual charges, or usage-based billing.
• Applicable fees and billing cycles will be displayed at the time of purchase or upgrade. Taxes may apply as per law.
• Payments once made are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
• We may update our pricing or plan structure with reasonable prior notice.

5. Payments

Online payments (if enabled) are processed by authorized third-party payment partners (such as Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank account details. Payment processing is governed by the payment partner’s terms and privacy policy.

The Service also supports offline payment modes (such as cash or POS) for order recording and tracking.AURA Commerce does not collect or settle offline payments on behalf of merchants.

For purchases made on a merchant’s storefront, the merchant is the seller of record to customers. Customer payments are made to the merchant (directly via payment partners or offline modes), and the merchant is solely responsible for order fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, disputes, taxes, and customer support for purchases.

AURA Commerce acts solely as a technology platform and is not a party to transactions between merchants and their customers.

6. Your Content & Licenses

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to use and upload your content (including images, trademarks, and product information).

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments). Your use of those tools may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, update limits, or perform maintenance to improve the Service or comply with legal, technical, or operational requirements.

9. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, fraud, or risk.
• You can stop using the Service at any time. Some obligations (e.g., fees due, indemnity) survive termination.

10. Intellectual Property & Takedown

We respect IP rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us with details and proof of ownership; we may remove content or disable access where appropriate.

11. Privacy & Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.AURA Commerce acts as a technology platform and does not guarantee business outcomes, sales, or customer demand. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000 (ten thousand rupees) — whichever is lower.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of business, revenue, or data.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AURA Commerce harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including internet/ network failures, acts of God, government actions, or labor disputes).

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

17. Miscellaneous

• Notices and service communications may be sent to you via your registered phone number (including SMS or messaging services), your email address if provided, or through in-app notifications within the dashboard. You may contact us at support@auracommerce.co.in.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect (severability).
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or in a merger/sale.
• These Terms, plus any plan-specific terms, are the entire agreement about the Service.
• We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
